Delivery InformationAll basic prices include free TNT/courier delivery for scooters, Wheelchairs, Electric wheelchairs, Riser Chairs and Ramps, UK Mainland only.  Please contact us on 01789 298182 for a price to any other areas.

For Class 2 and 3 Mobility Scooters, Riser chairs and Power chairs, we strongley reccommend Engineered delivered option, to ensure the product is put together correctly and you will be shown how the product works.

Delivery Times

  • Mobility scooters: 5 – 10 days
  • Manual wheelchairs: 3 – 5 days
  • Electric wheelchairs: from 5 days
  • Mobility aids: 3 – 5 days
  • Ramps: 3 – 5 days
  • Mobility / Wheelchair accessories: 3 – 5 days
  • Mobility aids: 3 – 5 days

Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

 

Warranty

Hopefully, you will not experience any problems with your new product, but just in case all our new products come with a 1 year warranty as standard, but it is the purchasers responsiblity to return the product to Active mobility (at your expense), so Active Mobility can repair your product and return the item to you. However, for only £55 you can purchase warranty call out cover, which covers you for 3 call outs for Active mobility or an appointed representative to come to your home and repair the product with no extra charge to you.
