Indoor/Portable

This style of chair is typically compact, will have a small turning circle and is designed primarily to be used either indoors or in shopping centres/places with smooth ground. They are not very suitable for general outdoor use as they will have low ground clearance.

• Transportation - Many of the chairs in this category can be dismantled for transporting in a car.
• Range - Typical range 6-10 miles max
• Seating options at this level are normally limited and therefore these are not suitable for anybody requiring pressure relieving seating. 
• Seat sizes are also generally limited.
• Ideal user requirements - mostly indoor with occasional trips out to a shopping centre or holiday resort. Not having any particular pressure or seating requirements and not generally in the chair for more than a few hours at one time.
