How will my Mobility Scooter be delivered?
All the Class 2 and class 3 scooters include engineer delivery in the price. This means that the scooter is unpacked and built for you, plus go through all the controls with you, to ensure you are entirely happy with your scooter. Engineer delivery is available with the portable scooters, but is not initially included in the price, but we are more than happy to engineer deliver your portable scooter as well.
Ususally, portable scooters are delivered in a box via TNT and takes approx 5-7days. Scooters that are engineered delivery can take upto 17 days.
What happens if my Mobility Scooter goes wrong?
All of Active Mobility’s scooters include warranty call out cover. This means if anything should go wrong with your scooter in the 1st year, Active Mobility will arrange for an engineer to call out and repair your scooter on site. This way you do not need to worry about returning the scooter to us, so we can repair it for you.
